Product: HP C 8180
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is not aligning  the paper correctly, it advances to far so that when it prints, the top pf the page is cut off.  Ive tried to align the printer, but it then says the paper is incorrect

What is the exact error message on the printer?

 

Meanwhile, follow the steps from the document Alignment Errors to isolate and resolve the issue.
