I have a MFP M426fdw laser printer, which, according to the HP website, can print on cardstock (5x8 cards, 100lb weight). I've fiddled with the settings on the printer (to print on all manner of heavy paper), and I've fiddled with the settings on my computer, to print on heavy paper, but each time, the cards get jammed in the mechanism toward the back of the printer.
I've tried hand-loading them one at a time, and I've tried both trays (1 and 2). Is there some other setting that I'm missing? how would you resolve this problem?
