Hi, I have an HP LaserJet M148dw, and I'm getting this error: "Jam in cartridge area. Open the top cover and remove the cartridge. Clear the jam." I've cleaned it, and it seems there are no paper residue left, but it keeps getting the error. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.
