HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to fix a paper jame on my HP Office Jet Pro 9015 all-in-one-printer but I cannot get the glass top open to get to the paper.  I also have trouble pulling out my paper tray, it doesn't come out easily

4.  With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Tray stuck...

The paper tray might be jammed with paper partially stuck in the top or rear area of the tray.

If you can remove the paper from the top (inside of the printer) or at least move the paper a bit, perhaps the tray will come free.
