Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer suddenly started displaying an "Jam in Output Bin"  error message.  I opened the print dr and followed the HP Smart trouble-shooting suggestions including releasing the clearance lever, removing the cartridge and drum, sending a test page, unplugging and rebooting the printer, and so on.  There was no apparent jam and the trouble-shooting tricks didn't remove the error message.   Any suggestions?  Is there a way to override the error message?
