I keep getting a "Paper Size Mismatch" error every time I try to print using letter printer paper. I have tried seemingly everything (removing and reloading paper, different brands of letter sized printer paper, updating printer firmware, restarting printer, removing/re-adding printer to computer, etc) and nothing seems to work. We get this "Printer Size Mismatch" error on every device (PC, Mac, and iPhone).
I have tried other sized paper like envelopes and 4 x 6 photo paper and they print perfectly without any problems.
I was on hold with HP Customer Support for over 3 hours and then lost the connection, so I am extremely frustrated.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My printer is only three months old.

Make sure that you have the paper size and the settings on the printer itself set for letter size and plain type. This is the most common cause of this issue. Other common problem is driver defaults on computer set for a different paper type such as HP Eco paper.
