HP Recommended

"Printer Failure" window won't go away. I have turned off/on several times, there is no paper jam but message persists.

I understand that you are having issues with Printer Failure.

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Meanwhile, you may refer to this document and see if that helps. If not this could be a hardware issue.
