this engine is prone to getting fuser wrap, where a sheet of paper gets wound around the fuser rollers which are supposed to bond the toner to the paper. The design of the printer makes it nearly impossible to see a fuser wrap without disassembling the printer and removing the fuser. Check YouTube for videos if you want to take it on yourself.
