Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

I have a paper jam in the rear behind the fuser area.  It's in so tight that I can't pull it out.  There is no video or photo on the website that shows how to remove the fuser or how to loosen that area in order to get the paper out.  I've removed the ink tray and paper try to try and get it from the front but can't reach it from there.
