I had a paper jam, removed the paper jam, now it won't print properly. I have aligned print, cleaned cartridges, run the smart scan, utilized everything HP site said to do, it still will not print properly!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Does the printer show offline when connected? If offline, click here to troubleshoot.
Or is the print job stuck in the queue? Click here
Or is it printing slowly? If yes Click here and follow the steps.
Also, update the firmware: Click here
