Product: hp Officejet Pro

I pulled my paper tray all the way out to adjust for and add legal paper THEN I couldn't get it back it. I became very frustrated pushing and pulling, worrying about breaking something. I looked at all the community questions and answers and the videos on removing a paper jam. I discovered that I had pulled down the "duplex" cover in my frustrations and I was trying to insert the tray back in that area !  How silly I felt when closing the duplex the tray slid right in. Just had to report this ( and my ignorance) Hope this helps someone else !!
