If your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw printer is not picking up paper during printing, there are a few potential reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take:
Check Paper Tray:
- Ensure that the paper in the tray is aligned correctly and not overloaded.
- Make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly to fit the paper size.
Paper Quality:
- Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper.
- Check for any damaged or wrinkled paper and replace it.
Paper Path Inspection:
- Open the printer cover and inspect the paper path for any obstructions or foreign objects.
- Check if there are any torn pieces of paper stuck inside.
Printer Rollers:
- Inspect the rollers for any dust, debris, or damage. Clean them if necessary.
- Check if the rollers are properly gripping the paper. If they are worn out, they might need replacement.
Printer Driver:
- Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can cause printing issues.
- Consider reinstalling the printer driver to ensure it is configured correctly. Click Here
Printer Settings:

- Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the Printer Maintenance menu.
