just installed a firmware update. Now, when printing 1-sided, some pages start printing where they should and others about 1/4" too high (on 8 1/2 x 11). May or may not be the firmware but it's consistent between word and PDF printing, and iOS and Mac sonoma 14.1.1. When printing 2-sided, the second side seems to be fine though the first side seems to vary.

 

Pretty sure it wasn't happening before the firmware update but not absolutely positive -- I noticed it when starting to print labels after running the update. Not sure where to find the version of the firmware.

 

It definitely wasn't happening the last time we printed more than a couple pages at a time, a few weeks ago. No change in paper type of quality. No sign of any jams.
