Do you get into secondary service and get the roller to rotate? As your details are sparse, I can make a suggestion to make sure you have the paper tray in when trying to rotate the pickup roller or it will not. Once rotated, pull the power cord and then change the roller.

If this does not work, please post back with better details about what you tried and what did not work.

Thanks for response. Yes, I had gone through the secondary menu & the roller was rotated, although it took several hours of searching online to find that info. Not sure why HP can’t list those steps in the user guide or on the support page. I just could not get the roller to come off. I went back to it the next morning & after some time was finally able to get it off & a new one on. Thanks
