Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own HP Ink Tank 319 USB Printer. So, whenever a print comes out of the printer, three sides of paper has a uniform margin but the downward margin was always a 1.5 cm margin. I set it to borderless printing but it was never a borderless, it always print three sides uniform and downward margin with 1.5 cm wide margin..
