HP Envy Photo 7855

HP Envy Photo 7855 Printer...

 

I kept getting warning "6201922A"... I did pulled the papers out but the papers did not have any ripped at all...

I have check all rollers and find no ripped paper at all. I even placed new set of papers in and still warning.

 

This is unbelievable!  how I fixed this?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving a "6201922A" error.

 

Try the below suggestions -

 

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

 

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

 

Try the steps in the document -A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
