Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Envey 4501 won't print on cardstock .  It seems to get jammed.  It will print on regular paper

I see that you are facing an issue while printing on cardstock on your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time you were able to print on cardstock?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know to which device you are trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
