wont print on photo paper

normal fine paper will print no problem, but when i put the glossy photo paper in, its like the ink just wont stick to the paper or like the paper never printed - HP Envy 4500 printer

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print on photo paper.

To assist better -

1. What is the type,size, and weight of the paper used?
2. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 
3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
