Hello,    I have a 2nd hand printer HP envy 6055e..This is my 1st printer ever and Im trying to just set it up. I have it connected to my wifi. I think the ladt owner may be connected to it somehow??? I set up instant ink account. I have a printer information report that says printer cannot print The problem has occurred and you'll be unable to print except for printer reports until the issues resolved and it tells me to check my HP account for more information but on the HP account there's nothing It doesn't even have this printer listed and it just keeps going in circles with everything I've tried from the things I find on Google please help

I changed the ink cartridges..I done a factory reset about 10 times..Its incredibly frustrating

Did the previous owner delete the printer from their instant ink account? Were you able to register the printer successfully? What cartridges did you install? If they were instant ink cartridges supplied to the previous owner they likely will not work.
