My 2700 printer won't print from my new computer unless i turn it off and back on again.  It asks me for the pin # inside the printer when I go to HP Smart but won't register it after it is entered in the box provided. Old and new computers both use Windows 11. I have powered the printer down but no success.

HP Smart Setup:
