Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print using my HP DeskJet 2677 printer it doesn't print and a message is shown that printer is 2G and WIFI is 5G, btw, we just upgraded our WiFI?

HP Recommended

That printer model doesn't support 5GHz wireless, only 2,4GHz. You will need to enable 2,4GHz on your router (if supported)  to connect the printer.
