HP Recommended

I am trying to sign up for the ink subscription, however when I enter the code from my printer it says "Printer Already Claimed on another Account" 

I followed the instructions from HP which said to turn off web serves and turn back on, but same issue occurs?

Any help would be great as I need the ink subscription really soon
