Dear All,
I have a DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 printer. Color printing cannot be selected in the print setting. I deleted all the drivers several times and then reinstalled them. I deleted the drivers from the print manager. But unfortunately I still can't print in color. It cannot be set. The latest driver is installed.
What's next?????????????????????

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

Dear Shlomi,
Thank you very much for your help. The printer reprints in color. 🤓 I downloaded the HP print and scan doctor program. I started it and refresh a print driver then I restarted my laptop. And I can set up color printing in the printer setup.
