Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELLO, HP I have a printer HP Enterprise M507 I changed the formatter and upgraded the firmware but it still shows error 49.38.07. I repeated the firmware upgrade but it's still the same,

can you help me?
