Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy 6032 with 5 months free instant ink trial.  For some reason the 5 months free trial is not active on my account as there was no option to do this,  Can someone please resolve this problem as I been forced to purchase additional ink cartriges to contunue priniting for my daughter's home schooling during lockdown.  Thanks
