The HP Laserjet M255dw printer shows 79 service errors every time after printing.
Need solution on the same

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are getting 79 Service Error on your HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw.

 

Please follow the steps listed below for 79 Service Error:

 

1. Disconnect the printer from the network.

If on wired network: Unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of the printer.

If on wireless network: Power off the router.

2. Turn off the printer and wait for 30 seconds. Turn on the printer, if printer is in ready state.

3. Disable the IPv6 feature from the front panel by clicking Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6, and then set to Off.

4. Connect the printer back to the network again and send a print job via network.
