The printer is not discoverable by any wireless device, but is showing it is connected to the same wireless network.  Wireless light is not lit on device.  I have taken back to factor settings and reconnected to the network.  On Mac it show the printer as on and idle, but when I attempt to print a test page, it cannot find the printer.

@emr869, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to connect the printer wirelessly to the computer. To assist you better, have you connected an ethernet cable to check if that works?

If the wireless blue light is off, it means the wireless radio is off.

If the blue light is ON/blinking, the wireless radio is ON.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

Let us print a wireless test report:

  1. On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon , and then touch the Settings icon .

  2. Touch Print Reports, and then touch Network Configuration Page.

  3. Check for wireless working/on

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
