A printer not having two-sided printing feature in 2023, seriously? HP2700

Hi, I just bought a little HP2700 all in one printer. I do not need to do much printing, it is small and cute and, to be honest, not in my wildest dreams would I ever though that I would ever encounter a printer which cannot do two sided printing in 2023, so I didn´t check, my bad I guess. I would like to know if this is the way it is (for real) because I cannot find any costumer support number or email I can write to HP and I have been trying already for a while to contact via website but it does not accept my serial number input and cannot move from there.

I would appreciate confirmation about this because I would need to return the printer asap if this is the case.

hello, it's real. I'm sorry to say it ,but no there is not a two sided print option. But, all I do is wait for the page to print, then put the sheet in and print on the other side. (simple solution for me)

Almost every manufacturer still makes printers without built in duplex. This allows them to offer a lower price device with a less complex feed mechanism.  A quick check of Canon's home and small office printer shows 72 models but only 21 that duplex. Not unusual at all.

Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

1. Open the document, and then click File > Print.
2. Select your printer, and then click Printer Properties, Preferences, or Printer Setup.
3. From the print settings, select the option for a two-sided print job. ...
4. Click OK, and then click Print.
