I accidentally locked my device setting and now cannot make any changes.  I get the message "This feature was locked or disabled by the device administrator"

I am the only one who uses this printer and cannt figure out how to unlock this.  Please help.

Thanks!

As long as you have not compounded the issue by adding and then forgetting the EWS password, the following might work:

Open the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for your printer:

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

tab Settings

If necessary enter your security user name (admin) and the password you assigned

category Security > Administrator Settings

Click Enable All

OR

Select those options you wish to have enabled

Click Apply to save any changes

General Example

EWS_Security_Admin-Settings_1EWS_Security_Admin-Settings_1
