Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

After a power surge, my HP EnVY printer says to "Use SETUP cartridge that came with your printer."  I have no idea what this means....I don't have a setup cartridge. I can't exit out of that message, and of course cannot print anything.  Please help me

I see that you are facing setup cartridge issues on your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer.
