I successfully set up my new printer and was able to print fine. However, I accepted the offer to sign up for a print plan. After that, I get a printer error saying "Finish printer setup to enable printing." Nothing I do gets rid of this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart, I am definitely logged in to the HP account with the plan. I have tried the downloaded diagnostic tool and the virtual assistant. I have had the printer less than a week and am ready to return it at this point!
