Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 3830 all of a sudden is printing very slow.  Re installed drive and other tasks but it is still slow.

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, identify your printer and then look for updates. Download and install any available firmware updates. For more detailed steps, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

Ensure the printer firmware is updated. Try printing.

 

If the issue persists, then follow the troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the document I provided on my previous post.
