Hi there,
I saw this image when I had opened the program of the solution center HP. I guess it's connected with adobe flash player blocking, but I have no idea what to do because I'm not an experinced user. Could anyone help to solve the problem, please? What I have to do? Thanks 4061E178-04D3-4480-B43A-7F1DF1C865FC.jpeg

Hi,

What task are you trying to achieve? to scan or any other task?

 

For scanning, please try installing and scanning using the HP Scan Extended software below and check if that may help:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
