Authenticate Cartridges Box

HP Recommended
HP Laser Jet M15a
macOS 10.15 Catalina

How I can do  stop the box that says, "Your software can authenticate cartridges using an online service. However, access to the internet is not possible at this time." from coming up every time I print?

@mohamed45, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Let us try these steps to disable this notification:

Go to Finder > Applications > HP > Open HP Utility > Select HP Laserjet M 15a All Settings(gear icon) > Select Message Center

 

 

Select Settings on the next screen (refer to the image below)

 

If you do not wish to get Notifications at all uncheck the box beside-> Show extended alerts for: 

If you only wish to receive alerts for errors but not for warnings, choose Errors Only-> Select Apply (refer to the image below)
