My printer just recently started printing out of alignment for my labels. I print a lot with Avery and this is the first time I've had this issue, everything printed fine until last week. I've done the alignment but it doesn't help at all. I'm going through way to many labels for this to be happening. Any suggestion how to fix? I need it resoled ASAP.

@CrystalK20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Was there any software changes made on the computer?
  • If this issue is limited to printing labels from the Avery app, it could be an application-specific issue. Have you tried contacting Avery's support?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
