  • Print driver issues not just mac problem. Hp stream issue too. I have a deskjest 2622 and also a rebuilt laptop. My stream kept crashing until I had to do a secure erase and now its useless. Hp support told me I had to pay Microsoft friends $50 to tell me over the phone how to reinstall my OS that has already been paid for when I bought the stream IN MARCH!  HUH???? So I'm using one a friend built and its started having issues too, now! It won't print anything. Even with the USB cord hooked up. It goes straight to error, just like one post said. And I've tried updating and creating drivers and ports and can't get it to print anything from the computer.  It will print stuff sent to it from my phone, and it will print scanned items.  What can I do?
