Hello,

I have a 4520 Series printer which is currently showing a blue screen.  No words or error message on the printer, just a plain blue screen.  I've tried downloading firmware update for the printer, but my computer cannot even connect to the printer.  One day it was working, the next just a blue screen.  I can't even use the power button to turn it off, I have to unplug it, none of the buttons are working.

Help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks.

          Hello metalman1988 ,

Reset the 4520 printer

How do I reset my printer to factory settings?

How to do a hard reset on your printer
  1. With the cartridges still installed, power down the printer and then unplug the power cord from the wall.
  2. Wait for a minute, then plug the printer back in and power it back up. Wait for the cartridges to center and then try printing again.

    Excellent Day.
