Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to assist.
I understand that you have an HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a and it display an error code B0350713.
Did any hardware changes take place on the printer (like a paper jam, cartridge replacement, etc.)?
Is the print carriage moving freely if tried to move with your hand?
What operating system are you using (Windows or Mac)?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
- Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
- Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
- The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector.
- Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.
If the issue persists, then remove the ink cartridge one by one and check if the error goes away.
I hope this helps. Feel free to keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂

I understand that you have an HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a and it display an error code B0350713.
exactly! (only now I have noticed that sometimes it also shows another 2 error numbers.. B85857BE, B035E17A)
Did any hardware changes take place on the printer (like a paper jam, cartridge replacement, etc.)? no.
Is the print carriage moving freely if tried to move with your hand? no, it's stuck and I can't move it with my hand/
What operating system are you using (Windows or Mac)? It's a new computer and I didn't connect the printer to it yet.. and yes it's windows.
If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON
I did all of those steps but nothing seems to change.
If the issue persists, then remove the ink cartridge one by one and check if the error goes away.
I dissconnected then one by one and tried to restart the printer but it didn't help.
is there anything else I can do to save my printer?
