I have an issue with the setup for my Officejet prop 8022. I am getting the SETUP cartridges error on my Officejet pro 8022 printer. It is a returned printer and I do not have the SETUP Cartridges with me. Can anyone help in getting it resolved.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a setup cartridge error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

This is not the solution to the issue. I do not have the SETUP cartridges and cannot return to the retailer as it is a returned printer.

Please contact support and they will ship you a set of setup cartridges for your printer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
