Product: HP Photosmart C309a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was finally able to connect my printer to one of my computers, but not to my Windows 10 desktop.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer numerous times, on my desktop.  However, I keep getting "Status:  Driver Unavailable."  I've tried using the print and scan doctor, numerous times too,  however, it doesn't show my printer.  Apparently, some driver is missing when I download my printer.
