CAN NOT PRINT FROM COPY

I am using an HP ENVY 5530 ALL IN ONE  printer and can not make copies. It will print an internal report or pint out from the computer. but will not make copies if i need them.  Printer will got thru the motion and say copying and just stay there and not do anything else.  How can i fix this? Thank you

Hi,

Please open and close the Paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, does it set correctly for the used paper? (e.g. Did you load Plain Paper, A4)?

 

Next, follow below steps to troubleshoot a such, I suggest to connect the printer to another wall socket while testing, to deny any possible power problem:
