My printer seems completely incapable of printing on 5x7 photo paper. I feel like I’ve exhausted all options / settings in the app, on my laptop and on the printer (including setting to “L” rather than 5x7). I’ve googled this problem to death and have got nowhere. I’ve tried putting the paper in the tray both landscape and portrait. Neither of which work. One was printing nothing apart from black lines on the back and the other prints some of the photo in the centre of the page. This is incredibly frustrating. Please, can anyone help?

@ODW, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you trying to print from a Win 10 PC?

Have you tried printing on a regular size paper and on a 4x6 photo paper and check if that works?

Yes, this printer supports printing on 5x7 photo paper.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to load photo papers in the printer - Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards

To know how to print photos, refer to - How to Print Photos

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
