I received email  "reminder" on 04/28 stating that you had not yet received the defective printer. Have you received it yet ?

Just to help us locate your return more accurately:

Could you please confirm the FedEx tracking number for the return?

Did you drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup?

Was the return label provided by HP used?

Once we have this info, we can check the status right away. Thanks again for your patience!
