I have a computer I was provided by my employer where I have no administrator rights. Without administrator rights I cannot install the HP software with the drivers. The IT service of my employer suggests I configure my printer by using one of the standard set of printer driver already available in Windows, such as "Microsoft PCL6 Class Driver" or "Microsoft PS Class Driver" but the printer does not seem to work with any of those two. Is there any other generic driver available in windows that would work with this printer? If not, is it possible to have the actual drivers (e.g. the .inf file) rather than an executable containing the drivers?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Elio
