I seem to have lost the ability to print in colour from my laptop (win 10 pro 64 bit), either wirelessly or by USB; it worked at some point. Colour printing from my iPad still works. Diagnostic check found no issues. I found a thread which suggested looking at the device settings tab in the printer properties, where it showed a lengthy list of installable options, however the only option I have is automatic duplexing unit (not installed). The print dialog that comes up printing a PDF from MS Edge has a colour option (defaulting to colour). However trying the same from HP Smart there is no colour/B&W menu option.
How do I fix this please?
