I am unable to remove my two old printers from my account. On my HPSmart App, there is no option to "Remove Printer." Only hide it.

When I log in to HP Smart on the web, I see my current printer and my two previous printers.

When I click on the dropdown to "Manage Printer Settings," it opens up a new browser window where on my new printer is listed (the Tango) and the other two aren't listed. So again, no option to remove them!

What do I do from here? This is really annoying!

Then I get this after clicking on "Manage Printer Settings" for the two former printers - only current printer is listed. I can't update my printer email address because it says my email is "already in use" - presumably on these two former printers. Help!

Hi Rainbow23,

That document doesn't help. I'm not trying to change the e-mail address on my HP account, but rather the e-mail address for my HP printer (so I can e-mail docs to it for printing).

I also still have my two old printers listed on my account with no option to remove them.

Hi Rainbow23,

That didn't work. There is still no option to "Remove Printer."

Again, here is what I'm seeing when I click on "My Printers":

And then when I click on "Printer Options" --> "Manage Settings" - this window pops up with only my current printer listed. So, no option to remove the two old ones showing on my account.
