For some reason, my printer stopped working.
When I open my hp smart app and click on "print documents", it shows a message to install the printer, which I then click at, it shows an error message showing I have to install the driver manually.. (see picture 1)
I comply once again, try to add the printer manually, but that doesn't work either: it just says driver not available. (see picture 2).
The hp print and scan doctor gives me the very useful comment: your printer seems to have a very serious problem, then redirects to non-existing support options. (see picture 3).
Does anyone have an idea how to solve? My windows is up-to-date, I already removed, repaired and reinstalled the hp smart app, restarted my computer 100 times and every other possible trick in the book.
