Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm changing cartridges as I've done several times k. The past, but this time I'm getting an error I'm unable to bypass. The error says "Do not use setup cartridges". I'm not using the setup cartridges of course. I'm using 954 XL cartridges. Need help getting past this error.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting use setup cartridge error after replacing the cartridge on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
