Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to complete the connection to web services I am being asked to submit a custom password created for my printer.  

On the 22/6/2021 Kumar0307 provided details to Likes2run for the same problem noting the printer had to be reset and the instructions were specific for each printer.  Can someone from HP please send me details on how to reset my printer so I can complete the set up.

Nevermind.  After coming in to my office this morning with fresh eyes, I noticed a Printer PIN on the Printer Information Page.  This unlocked the Web Services Settings.
