Officejet 6962
Microsoft Windows XP

My new printer (Officejet 6962) didn't come with XP drivers on disc.  I have an offline desktop (connected to my priner via ethernet cable)that runs XP.  I have tried to download the XP drivers from the download page on to a flash drive so I could install the on the desk top but even though I have selected "XP" , the site somehow recognises that my laptop is running Windows 10 and downloads those - again and again and again!  When i try to use either disc or the downloaded file, the installation doesn't complete.

can someone help me?

Thanks CherrylH
